The Villas of Worthington is a community of 115 homes dedicated to preserving the beauty, value, and character of our neighborhood while fostering a welcoming environment for all residents. Our Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the homeowners and is committed to serving the best interests of the community through responsible leadership, fiscal stewardship, and open communication.

Our purpose is to maintain the common areas, enforce the Association’s governing documents fairly and consistently, and help ensure that our neighborhood remains an attractive and desirable place to live. We believe that a well-maintained community benefits every homeowner and contributes to long-term property values.

As a self-managed homeowners association, the Board works closely with residents, contractors, and professional service providers to oversee the day-to-day operations of our community.
